BODYSCULPT BOOTCAMP
This total body workout focuses on muscle tone and strength. Each of the major muscle groups will be targetted, using your own body weight, dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands, and more. Every piece of equipment used will provide a varying degree of resistance to wake your muscles up and make them work. Special attention will be given to correct form to get the most out of your workout. This low-impact, high intensity class is sure to test your limits each week!
SURFSET BOOTCAMP WITH TRX
HIIT it hard and get your body in tip-top athletic form. This class will give you a taste of many different techniques and strategies. Engage your core instantly while working your balance on a SurfSet board. Tone, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles with some TRX suspension training. Short bursts of heavy weights for strength, lunge jumps, squat jumps, or BOSU ball burpees to build athletic strength and form. You'll be hooked!
FENOM FUSION / BODYBLAST CARDIO HIIT:
SURF, TREAD, STRENGTHEN
Mix it up with cardio, core, and strength. For example: start on a SurfSet Board; throw in some kettle balls; hop onto our cardio deck and work up a sweat. Run back and do it all again. Improve your overall health and fitness by taking this class. Each workout is tailored to target personal goals in fitness and performance.
