Fenom's AAU Basketball Coach Marty Durkin, is also known in some circles as "The Shot Doctor".  Coach Durkin has over 25 years of experience in working with kids, including close to 15 years of head coaching experience.  He was an all state and all county high school basketball superstar and holds a degree in Physical Education. 

Fenom now offers both private and semi-private golf instruction for adults and Juniors by Class A PGA member Ralph Garofano.  Ralph is the Director of Golf at Doral Arrowwood in Rye Brook New York. Ralph grew up in Westchester and is a very well respected golf professional that has 25 years of teaching experience in the Metropolitan Section. 

Coach Coppola was a three-time All-Ivy baseball player for Columbia University who credits a hard core strength training and fitness regimen with helping him to lead the Ivy League in Slugging Percentage and Home Runs in consecutive seasons.  He was a four-sport HS Varsity Letterman from Long Island who has shown the same versatility in his coaching - Hockey, Baseball, Football and Basketball at levels ranging from "Youth" right on up to the "College" level.  He is a highly regimented and principled coach who stresses hard work, sportsmanship, team camaraderie, and preaches to his players to be "students of the game".  He has coached both Spring and Summer baseball teams in the Harrison Little League for the past 5 seasons.  Coach Coppola has also been a head coach in the Westchester Mariners Hockey Organization for the past 5 years.  He is still an avid baseball and hockey player in County and State Men's leagues, and is a graduate of both the P90X and Insanity workout programs.

Ashley Hughes, grew up on Long Island, NY and recently moved to Westchester county were she is a certified NYS Physical Education and Health Teacher. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Education with the major of Physical Education and Summa Cum Laude with a Masters of Science in Education with the major of Adapted Physical Education both at the State University of New York College at Cortland, where she played Women’s Division III Field Hockey.  During her Masters program Ashley was the Adapted Physical Education Graduate Assistant where she worked on developing physical activity programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Ashley has coached many different athletic and physical activities for youth of all ages and abilities. She has coached field hockey at the varsity level, as well as being a USA Field Hockey Olympic development coach, she has also coached and developed programs for youth in basketball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, lacrosse and swimming.

Her hobbies are basketball, triathlons, half marathons, weight lifting and conditioning, softball, cycling, rollerblading and going to the beach.

Coach Ryan has been with Fenom since Winter 2015.   is a product of the Yorktown lacrosse program, where in high school, he started two seasons in goal, managing a .663 save percentage.  As a starter, Ryan helped the Huskers to back-to-back Championships, and was named All Section both years.  Despite only starting for 2 years, Ryan still ranks #7 in saves in Yorktown history with 437.  Ryan was also a member of the 2003 State Championship Team.

In addition to coaching at Fenom, Ryan is currently a director with the New York Predators,  He has also spent his summers coaching at the club level for the No Limit Ballers and Yorktown Bombers.  Ryan is also a coach for the Greenly Youth and Bronxville Youth Lacrosse.

Currently

In addition to coaching at Fenom, Coach Michelle is the program director for the Girls Youth Program for One on 1 Lacrosse and is very involved in the lacrosse community. Aside from coaching private sessions, she coaches for Team 91 Tristate, Bronxville Youth, and is also the Head Coach for the 7th Grade Girls Larchmont Mamaroneck Youth Program.

Coach Erich is extremely involved in the Westchester lacrosse community.  In addition to coaching at Fenom, he is on his  sixth year as a Bronxville Youth lacrosse coach, and also coaches for Team 91 Tristate, Byram Hills Youth and Varsity Programs, as well as Pelham Youth Lacrosse.  He is a U.S. lacrosse certified coach and was featured in the May 2014 issue of Lacrosse Magazine!  Along with Michelle, Erich is program director of One on 1 Lacrosse.

Erich played 4 years of college ball at the Division 1 level, and accumulated several distinguished milestones and accolades during this time.
